Re: Sports bras
Eastla- that's what I've got I think, the lady in M&S said they are the most popular ones for after BA, the zip up ones at the front. I have bought 2 in different sizes.
Stephy - thanks hun, I will keep that one in mind. As well as the 2 M&S zip up ones I have bought a shock absorber one from Debenhams, looks really good and supportive.
Thought 3 is okay for now, once I know what size I actually am will buy some more. x x

3 weeks to go till mine!!
Have 1 shock absorber Bra from Debenhams, the lady in there said they were popular with BA customers and are recommended by BUPA and NHS.
Cost £30 but looks comfy.
Im going to a 34D and thats what size I got the bra in but thinking about getting maybe a 34DD one and a 36D one for after, just in case??

Re: Sports bras
I was a 34C to start off with and took a 36 DD and a 36E with me. I just got some cheapy asda sports bra which I think were about £6?? Then after the swelling subsided after about 1 week, I invested in a couple of M & S high impact sports bras in a 34 back size...
I don't know what to buy this time round...

Re: Sports bras
Thanks FB and Bambi, I have bought of few in the different sizes, figure I will just return if don't end up using them. Once I know what size I need (once swelling subsides) I will then go out and purchase some more.
Yeah have heard about the ones from Asda, don't think they do a 30 back thou, neirther do M&S in the sports bras. Will look at purchasing the Z bra once I know what size I am.
Bambi - have you asked your ps what size you should buy for day of the op? x x

Re: Sports bras
Princess, watch shocker absorbers I had 1 and the really rubbed round my scar after the dressing came off.
I brought a couple of bras only took 1 with me, but I had a lovely bandage bra for a week. One's I didn't use I took back to the shops or sold online.
I find my sports bras more comfortable now.
