I am in love!!!
Hello!
I am 3 days post-op and I absolutely love my new boobies! I was so worried they were going to be too big or small but they are great! The soreness is passing now which I am amazed at because I thought I would be sore for a lot longer than this.
I feel very tight where the bandages are (is that where the stiches are healing)??
I have no bruising which is good too!
On Friday I am having my bandages taken off, what happens after that? Do I just continue to wear my support bras? Also, whats the longest time I should keep my bra off? My fiance poured me a shallow bath and I sat in there for about 20 mins without my bra on, is that ok to do?
Also, the support bra I have got on is a 36 back!!!!! I was a 32/34 before my op, how come this a 36??
Sorry for all the questions!
I hope your all well
xxxxxx

Re: I am in love!!!
the 36 will be to allow for swelly. I was wearing a 36 E/F sports bra and I got measures at a 32G at 2 weeks post op although I found the 34FF comfier.
Keep wearing your sports bra for 6 weeks. I have taken mine off for max of an hour but my boobs start to ache! I think I will probably wear it longer than 6 weeks though- it's comfier!

I'm usually a 32 band but went up to 34 in sports bra's and wore 36 at night for the first few weeks for comfort, the swelling does go down though hun and you'll be back in the 32's before long x

Glad you like your boobies .
Most girls seem to go up a back size with the swelling for the first week or so.
I take my sports bra off for about half an hour every evening, dh thinks I enjoy torturing him , x

Re: I am in love!!!
Yeah I've never gone over an hour... usually take it off just to have a bath/shower and then put it back on as they feel like they're going to fall off!!
You can take your bra off in the shallow bath but just be careful not to get the dressings wet...
After Friday when you have the dressings removed, you should be able to have a normal bath and nice long hot shower - it's such a nice feeling!
I wore a 36 back for 2 days and then was able to get into my 34D and 34DD bras... it's just the swelling that causes your back size to increase! Yep keep wearing your sports bras day and night for 6 weeks!
Hope you are recovering well! xxx
