Some Advice please.......

Hi Guys,

Im from Johannesburg South Africa, im new to the site and found some of your posts and i need some advice.

Im stuck between a rock and a hard place right now. 3yrs ago i took pictures through to the surgeon of some porn stars and celebs who had BJ's that i liked, thereafter i had my augmentation and went for 600cc above the muscle and i asked for a gap, more or less 2cm gap between my breasts which i never got, i have NO gap (not a mono boob) just no gap. Well this is my situation i dont have the gap i wanted and i battle to find bras but i love my boobs and i love the look they give me (the porn star look) lol.

The dilemma now is ive been offered free surgery from the doc to rectify this. I just have to pay for the anethetist. So he has suggested to go under the muscle and drop down to 500cc so i can have the gap i want, im so concerned if im doing the right thing now??? Any advice on under the muscle implants after having overs?

Am i making the right decision by going under the muscle to get a gap although i have great boobs already....

Hiya...Welcome to our forum

You have to weigh out the pro's and con's in this situation...
Would you prefer the gap and smaller boobs or no gap and your bigger boobs?
Unders give you less 'cleavage & bounce' than overs, how do you feel about that?
You say you have great boobs already, Is it worth risking having another op to go under the muscle and going smaller just to gain the gap?
I hope you can make the right decision for you and it all works out in the end x

I think downsizing and going under will definately give you a gap because your pec muscle will keep the implants a bit more seperated, unlike with you overs now you just have skin seperating the implant. Good luck hun x

in concerned about the more natural look unders gives u as oppose to overs that gives the rounder look?

Unders can definately look round and fake too, i think with 500 they still be big and round. Just make sure your ps is clear about what you are after, you could always downsize but stay over the muscle as that may give u a gap x

Im happy about still having the round look. If i stay over the muscle and down size what about the excess skin? i dont want an anchor cut under my breasts!

chances are that in time with a large implant over the muscle you will need an uplift, i would suggest the unders afters what we discussed and in my opinion using a 500cc implant under on your frame would still give you the round/fake look you desire, and also give you your gap

Welcome to the forum. ShootingStar has given brilliant advice. The fake look can be achevied under the muscle with round implants. As nads said your pec muscles will seperate the implants out and give a gap of at least an inch. There has to be a gap oterwise you'll get mono boob!

I had my op and im so so happy with my new boobs! I just want to say a BIG thank u to all u girls that gave me great advise and helped me out. im still in alot of pain at this stage, but recovering really well. i will keep u all posted on how im doing!
