I am about 10wks post op.  Been wearing proper bras for approx. 4-5weeks.  This last 2-3 weeks I have developed dry scaley patches on my boobs (lower pole only), I am wondering if its them rubbing on my bras??  NEVER had this on my boobs before, its quite itchy and feels very raised when you touch it.  I would say it seems like eczema  On one boob I have a couple of moles in/around the dry bits and its all itching but I think its the skin itching rather than the moles.  The side with no moles still itches just the same.

Is this is a post op 'thing'?................

Yes it's common, think it's due to the swelling and stretching, like in some women during later stages of pregnancy. Keep moisturising and it should be fine. Stay away from perfumed creams, try a coco butter. I used/use organic coconut oil on mine. It's brilliant for everything. Hope you get some relief xx

It could still be your body adjusting to them. I think moisturise, see if it helps, but if it starts getting really angry, head to the gp in case. Any cream is fine.
