Feeling much more excited after 2nd consultation..

I hope I'm not boring you all but you are the only people that I can talk to.  Husband isn't interested in all the technicalities - haha!

So I went for another consultation with a different surgeon at Spire today.  Mr Haresh Devalia.  I LOVED him.  Although the consultation was complimentary he gave me a good 30mins and I came out feeling like a lot more questions had been answered.

He has suggested dual plane, 300cc high profile, cohesive gel implants.  I tried them on (under a non padded bra this time - lesson learnt!) and they looked great for me.  I felt like he was really nice and caring and I think he could be THE ONE.  He is a breast specialist - not just a plastic surgeon but he deals with breast cancer and reconstruction too.  So the only thing he ever deals with are breasts and it leads me to believe he must know what he is doing.

I've got another consultation on Friday with the one I originally thought I'd use Marc Pacifico and I've paid £150 for a consultation with him.  Interestingly I've found out that Devalia (who I met today) and Pacifico consult between themselves too and work together a lot.

I guess I'll make a choice on Friday.  Eeek - nearly got my date booked in.  Can't wait to get a ticker up and running!

MrsF - I would suggest you going to see Mr Devalia if you can - he's worth looking into along with Brent Tanner.  Its personal opinion of course, but as I said - I really liked him.

Is he at the same clinic in tunbridge wells?
It is really reassuring that he is specialised in breasts in general. So you are now going to see a 3rd one and then make your decision? Did he say how long was the wait to book the date in? -eek!

Thanks for the advice re the bra and Im going to look into him right away !!

PS: My husband is getting really bored of watching pictures of boobs every day and talking about them- You'd think they would love it ! X

Ahh great news, good when you find someone you feel you can trust.
Did you take in pictures of the kind of shape and look you want? All the lads mags or just normal mags are good for this.

In my head I always wanted to be a D, iv gone from and A to a E and it really is not that big!

Glad its all gone well, hopefuly after Friday, you can make a decision and get that ticker sorted

Ah it's all starting to come together a little more. I like the spire group. I went through the spire in Essex. I too loved the fact that my PS specialised in breasts cancer and reconstruction.

Thanks everyone - I'm too excited.  I a way I hope I don't like the surgeon on Friday as I think it will be hard to choose but I'm sure I'll know whats right once I've met him.

MrsF - I think they all work across different hospitals.  Mr Devalia (and Tanner too I think) works at both Spire and Nuffield.  I spoke to his secretary afterwards re dates and she said that if you go through Spire they are almost £1000 more expensive than Nuffield yet the aftercare etc / products used are all the same.  Mr Devalia said that his prices don't change, the cost of the implants don't change - its just the cost of the hospital that can make the proceedure more or less expensive.  His secretary did say that if I wanted to go with Spire then she would get a quote from Nuffield and show it to Spire and see if they could come down.

I think I should hopefully get the date I want because its quite a way off.  I would like to have it done on Mon 14th Dec or early that week at least.  This is because I want to use the downtime over Christmas to recover. I can take one week off work and then our company usually works from home those 2 weeks over Christmas anyway - so I'll have 3 weeks total at home.

I'd love to get it done sooner but I think its more sensible to wait for that down time.  When are you thinking of getting it done MrsF?  Just as soon as you can get in or did you have a date in mind?

Twinky & BkozK your boobies look exactly the same size I would like.  Funnily enough he did ask me what size I'd like to be and I said a D or DD.  He said a 300hp would be a large C / small D on me.  The boob greed may set in though!  Its already there in the background.

That's great you felt so much better about this one! Hopefully your 3rd will agree with the stats, and then it'll just be a case of who and when!

Lucy as soon as your an active ill pm my details to see my pic trail if you'd like. I started with a c cup and had 325 cc mods, but I'm a lot shorter than you. It's difficult to guesstimate what size you'll end up and that's why it's important to take your wish pics to your consults.
Originally I was thinking 400 but after sizers realised way to big. I like the look of 350 but once discussing type if implant and my body frame 325 was the perfect solution and I am very please with my size.(although I don't yet know what that is). Xx

Your size is amazing - exactly what I'm looking for. So difficult choosing the right size but I'll make sure The surgeon has pics of what I want to look like. Thanks for offering pics - that would be really helpful so we'll wait until I'm an active member for sure. Thanks for your help x
