You need at least 2, wash one wear one. Front fastening there's the macom and the m&s zip front. Back fastening faves are m&s high impact, triumph triaction extreme and shock absorbers. There's lots out there though, anything with out wires is fine as long as it's the right impact as recommended by your surgeon.

I've alternated between the macom and royce. Macom is good as don't need to worry about ordering a cup size, especially when you don't know what you'll be post op xx

This is the favourite. And if you put 'mybreast' in the checkout, you can get 15% off.

Hi sometimes surgeons or clinics will fit you with one but you would need to check about that. Sometimes clinics will order one for you if you ask. Other than that try eBay or grab a bargain page. Xxx

Re: Bras post op!??! Any recommendations xx
Hi again,
I'm in on Friday but I'm not sure what size bra to buy?? Any suggestions?
I have a M macom but was going to buy the m&s high impact 2 pack bras.
Surgeon says I might be around a 34D/Dd/E ??
Any suggestions of which size to buy?? I usually wear a 34D now (300cc at the min going upto either 420low or 505med )

I wouldn't bother buying any others hun as you really have no idea what size you'll be and sports bras come up smaller anyway. I wish I hadn't bothered buying any sports bras as they were way too small so just had to take them back. Personally I wish I had stuck with the macom only as buying the sports bras in advance was a waste of time xx

The macom will be fine while you're swollen in the first couple of weeks. I spent a fortune on bras post op, all the wrong sizes! When the macom starts getting loose is when you'll start getting cabin fever too, so perfect excuse to then head to m+s for a new fit.

Yep definitely, agree with Charlii. Stuck with the macom. I don't think you even need sports bras until you're ready to exercise anyway, the macom needs to be your best friend xx

I thought the Macom was great for about 6 weeks, I then switched to the Shock Absorber and found it way more supportive and comfortable. Macom does the job but I personally found they lost their tightness/support pretty quickly.
