Hi girls

Just wondered how many girls who had unders were advised to wear a strap over your lat muscles/ top of your chest and for how long?

I know it makes sense to wear one and i don't intend on taking mine off but they're soooooooooo uncomfortable is is it just mine the hospital gave me??????????
Some of the edges of mine are a bit scratchy and dig in Rolling Eyes

I have to wear mine for 3 weeks what about you guys?

I did not have one...sorry cant help there!! Some others who did felt the same...perhaps they will be along soon to help.

But three weeks is nothing for dream boobs really......no pain no gain....hang in there...one day at a time Give You xxx

Hey lovely, sorry, I had overs so wasn't told to wear one, but I think the average time you have to wear them is for 2-4 weeks. Then the surgeon will asses you and decide if you need to continue wearing it, or if you're done!
