If your temp is ok then I'd say try not to worry, 
The shivering I hd for like 2 weeks after and all through my boobs too & tiredness that's normal so soon after a general anesthetic, I think @Emmalinder1983 got the same shivers as me too ?

Yes I kept shivering, kept making my boobs sore. And very tired and drained. As roses said it's all normal, unless you have a temp with means you could have a bug. Hope you feel better soon x x

You're exhausted, so shivering is a natural response to this. As long as your temperature is normal and you're not feeling feverish, it's ok

I haven't shivered at all today ! I think the shivering is a pain coping thing. And I just can't get warm!! Today I've driven kids to school. Walked my dogs in woods, hoovered and done some washing! Go me- my boobs are so so sore like they've been rubbed with sandpaper but It gets better xxx
