How long before you can enjoy your boobs?

The questions a bit early as I haven't even booked my surgery yet but my husband is very excited about me getting my lift and enlargement. I just wondered how long it would be before you could (trying to think of a way to put this nicely lol) enjoy them in the bedroom?

Also how long before going back to the gym?

In terms of going back to the gym it entirely depends on both what your surgeon has laid down in his or her aftercare rules and how YOU feel.

The general rule of thumb is no exercise for the first 2-6 weeks then build up slowly focusing on lower body only and working your way back up over a few months to full body.

In terms of 'enjoying them', again, I expect it's entirely a personal thing as you'll be v. sore and uncomfortable for at least a couple of weeks! They do advise no excessive 'jiggling' or movement (so I'm guessing 'vanilla' sex might be on the cards!) Hysterical

You can have sex as soon as you feel up to it BUT you've got to stick to the sports bra rules, so leave it on, and no excessive bouncing. As for manhandling, whenever you feel ready after the all clear. A good way to start with is to take his hand in yours and show him how much pressure is ok. You'll soon learn.

Gym, you'll get a set date, somewhere between 6-12wks. But just because you're allowed, doesnt mean you can, you have to listen to your body.

Thanks ladies! I'll let him know the bad news lol. I assumed it would be a while, I know you need to let yourself heal as I over did exercising after c section and learned my lesson! It's all worth it in the end though dance

I've just had my second consultation with Mr Payne with THG at Bromsgrove today. Haven't booked my date yet but pretty certain he's the surgeon for me! Yeay

Glad you're happy with him, it's just booking the big day now then! I'm gutted I can't have mine until August earliest and it feels like forever away sad smile

I was wondering about the same thing lol iv booked my surgery and I'm trying to do all the working out, gym ect now before surgery. I'm definitely gonna struggle with not being able to exercise or anything for a while. Hope I recover fast lol I'm going away in August aswell, so I'm hoping they have dropped by then. As I'll be in a bikini and want them to look good Blush

I'm sure you'll look great by August! Yeah I'm doing the same, I'm trying to lose weight before I have the surgery, want to get down another 2 stone so I don't lose any after having them x
