GHi everyone! Just wanting a bit of advice. I'm hoping to book my BA late feb/March and get married I late October. My dress is low cut so I'd be able to show them offa tiny bit but my main concern is the honeymoon! Will I be ok with bikinis after that amount of time?

I would imagine they'd be fine in bikinis buy this time , though scars need to be protected with max protection sun cream/ covered until atleast a year post op as they are at risk of becoming pigmented/ turning brown before then. XXX

I wear factor 50 all the time in the sun anyway so that should be fine. Thanks for the quick reply xx

Dont take my absolute word for it but I'm having my op in a few weeks and I'm getting married and honeymooning in May and I've been told I'll be fine and just to be careful as I would be. Hope that helps!! Xx

Boobs should stay out of the sun for 6m post op, they're extra sensitive to being burnt as the skin is stretched and tight. They need to be covered, not just sunscreen. Scars is for 1yr, else they can become discoloured. March > Oct should be fine.
