Re: aftercare spire
I would just ask for the full aftercare contract for Breast Aug, detailing everything you are covered for.

Re: aftercare spire
yeah email and ask for the full terms and conditions of the op and the aftercare details
then if its still unclear get them to write them in fine detail
i.e CC is covered but what grade, if there are other or further complications due to the CC is that covered if its still not corrected after first reop what happens next
get it all in wiriting xx

Re: aftercare spire
At salat Sire you're offered one years aftercare, this should cover the complications related to breast augmentation, however what you need to be asking is 'which' complications are actually covered.
With Spire most of their surgeons are BAAPS members (some BAPRAS). If the surgeon you've chosen is a BAAPS member then it's in your best interest to ask if they have opted in the ASC insurance. This is only available to BAAPS surgeons.
You can read about it HERE. This insurance used to come after the clinics aftercare ran out, but having just read through I see it's now from the date of surgery? So do ask about that.
For a small fee it's very worth having this additional aftercare for peace of mind.

Re: aftercare spire
Hi,
I had mine with Spires - am sure my diary covered a bit of the aftercare.
PLEASE get all details in writing / email or post.
Now I have not had issues (Thank God), but after detailed enquiries - Cookies spotted some details that I got via email / post - that was not included in the general aftercare.
All Cookie n the ladies have said above are right - but please get detailed emails to cover yourself.
All the best
