Hi ladies, i'm nearly 4 weeks post op and boobs are getting softer and more natural by the day. Love how they look in clothes and when standing in a relaxed pose without a bra they look quite natural.  But when i stand tall, shoulders back, chest out they are like 2 tennis balls stuck on!  Didn't really think about this before and I'm guessing the implant has no where to hide in this position so perhaps i'm silly for thinking it would be any different, but will this get better with time?  Not sure if i have unrealistic expectations! Can you see the implant edges when shoulders back, chest out or arms stretched to the side or raised?

If you're properly poking them out there!! But in time they'll get better and less noticeable like that. 4wks is nothing, give it more time and wait til 6m for more of an 'end' result.

Thanks ladies! At least I know it's normal, I shall adopt a new pose lol!! Actually noticed it's worse in the mornings and implant very obvious just putting hands on hips, but then after a while not so!

I'm further on than you at 22 months post op & mine are like you are describing but only when I really force/ push my chest forward and shoulders back as far as possible, wouldn't walk around like this so not concerned. In adopting this pose implant is being pushed forward & skin/breast tissue stretched over it so you will be able to see the shape of implant. I would expect to potentially see it in that position but I'm guessing very few people stand like that on a day to day basis!
