Hi, babe!
It's so normal for your right to feel smaller. My right felt a lot smaller for about the first 4 weeks post-op! That was because my leftie had suffered a bit more trauma in the op and consequently swelled up a lot more --Creating the appearance it was bigger. At 2 weeks post-op your boobs will be changing a lot and rapidly too!
Please don't examine them too much or worry over the size over the next two weeks because you're not seeing the final result.

Take care, honey!! I hope your dimple sorts itself out -- I'm sure it will! :):)

My booby journey is on my pictrail if u want to see my left changed soooo much,  was massive post op as it suffered more trauma,  but they are much better now.  As for feeling the implant, even with unders its only the top half of the implant usually that gets covered with muscle and feeling the implant under the breast or in the cleavage is very common. Yup, echoing the girls, one may have suffered a little more, so may feel tighter/ more swollen than the other. Don't worry about it for now. And if you're having a dig around, you're bound to feel the edge of the implant. My advice - stop poking! We work ourselves up so much by staring, analyzing, prodding and poking. Best thing is to leave them alone, take a couple snaps every few days, and let them do they're thing.
