Still wide apart?
Hi, lovelies!
Okay I know it can take months and months for boobs to settle post-op but i'm just wondering if it's normal to still have a massive gap between my two boobs? My swelling has all gone around my sternum area as I can now feel my sternum bone directly underneath my skin However, the gap between my right and left boobs is still as big as it was after I'd just had my op! I'm about a mile away from getting a cleavage hahahaa. Is this normal and will they begin to go closer together? Is it because they haven't dropped yet? Thanks girls!!
Love stressy Toni! xxxxx

Re: Still wide apart?
You're always going to have the same cleavage you have pre-op Toni. This will NEVER change.
As your breasts soften up though and drop they do achieve a more natural look than the ball appearance you have early post-op.
So don't worry hun, they won't look they way they do now at all.
I have a naturally wide cleavage, but I like that, I think it gives a more natural appearance 'when I want that' but I can vamp em up as well when I want to in a bra to give them that va-va-voom cleavage and upper pole look.
So don't worry lovely... They'll come good but it does take time. It took six months for mine to fully soften up xx

Re: Still wide apart?
Its the distance in measurement between the breasts Tink. You may have had small breasts, well that's what I'm presuming from your post lol, but you still will have had a cleavage area, even if you couldn't see it, which again, I presuming you couldn't from your post lol. Xx
Re: Still wide apart?
Aw thank you, Cookie! I know I still have a long way to go but I guess I must have a naturally wider cleavage because mine are very far apart! Thank you for all your help and advice!
Haha, Tink, I'm exactly the same! I didn't have any boobs pre-op therefore I didn't have even the tiniest bit of cleavage! I suppose I'll have to wait and see but I really hope I do develop some kind of cleavage haha :)
Thank you!!!xxxx

Re: Still wide apart?
Cookie what bra's do you recommend for a good bum cleavage? I've managed to squeeze mine together a bit in my standard M&S bra for my Avi, but need a bit more help for that last push.x

Re: Still wide apart?
If you're after a real bum cleavage I wear a wonderbra BUT I wear a cupsize smaller than I am, so it really pushes them together.
I will say... Its not comfortable and you'll just bare a night out lol, its the same going out in heels all night isn't it. But its worth it for the look.
The Parfait Innfinitas Charlotte bra is a good bra too. Not as busty as the wonderbra, but gives a good full cleavage.
The Freya Deco is another that's good for cleavage too. Again, not the BIG cleavage the wonderbra in a smaller size will give but its a great cleavage bra all the same xx

Re: Still wide apart?
Thanks Cookie, totally agree with the high heels comment, as I get older I now take a roll up pair of pumps out in my bag and smother the pressure points of my feet, that hurt most in shoes with Vaseline, all for the sake of vanity. Men have it so easy.x

Re: Still wide apart?
Maybe we should just wear an ultra comfy sportsbra on nights out and just draw a cleavage on? Get a neat black marker pen and voilaa! Cleavage! Hahaha, classy Toni!xxxx

Re: Still wide apart?
It's ok I have a naturally wide cleavage gap too, even in my pre op photos so knew that by filling them this wasn't going to change. Also maybe I'm wrong here but it was easy tosqueeze my empty sacs into a good cleavage pre op so I'm expecting less cleavage more fullness now. We are all different and it's common for them to point east and west it's more pronounced the bigger they are. My advice is look back at your old photos, aren't they a hundred times better? They may not be perfect but stop worrying about it and start enjoying them instead x

Re: Still wide apart?
I think a lot of girls think boob job = naturally bouyant cleavage, so its a bit of a shock when they find out it'll be the same post as pre. But on the plus side, you now have boobs to put into a bra to hoik them under your chin! I was more shocked at the fact I did have cleavage, it was just hiding behind the lack of boob!

Re: Still wide apart?
I've got a naturally gappy cleavage and took ages for them to really soften and gain movement but now in the right bra getting a good cleavage isn't a problem when I want it. XXX

my b cup pre op boobs had a wide clevage and i this wont change. My boobs like you still seem small and very far apart but i am confident when these boobies of our drop, fluff, soften etc etc we will be able to get a lovely bra on and get the look we want with the right bra. dont worry chick you boobs are going to look great
