Hi lovely ladies, 

Just back from my 4/5 month check up. 
PS said he is very happy with how they look and have healed. I said I get the occasional twinge/pain and pull but he said its normal and to be expected for a while. He has officially discharged me and I only need to go back if I have any concerns.
