11 weeks on achy boob :( Empty 11 weeks on achy boob :(

Post by Katiebrad 24th October 2013, 8:40 am

My recovery has been so straight forward but for the past couple of days my left boob has been really achy round the side near my cleavage. I've not been wearing my wired bras at all. The only things different I have been doing is driving a lot more and that's when I'm really aware of it when changing gears, but today and last night I'm constantly aware of the ache and had to take some pain killers. Getting all worked up its the start of CC.
The feeling is like ive been hit in the boob and its aching
Any advise? Xx

I'm almost 7 weeks and not getting achey anymore apart from around my period... Also if tighten my bra it stops aching so do you think they are being supported enough?
I've seen here ladies say the odd ache and pain is very normal because we are still healing on the inside for a year or 2? Hope it feels better soon xxx

Try popping your boobs back in your sportsbra 24/7 for a few days Katie... When we start using muscles in our chest we haven't used for a long time it can cause aching of the boobs and just giving your boobs some stability generally does help to solve the problem babe.

If its no better after 3 or 4 days them maybe make an appointment and have your surgeon check you over sweetie. Xx

Thanks for the advice, I'm living in my sports bras still the two bras I bought when I got measured haven't come out the bag since I got home with them lol.

My oh just said to me Ive been sleeping on my left hand side which is the achy one yet I thought I was still sleeping on my back lol so maybe this is why it's so achy? Xx

Im 4m and Im still getting aches and pains in lefty. Your OH could be right, if you're sleeping on it, it might just be that, or perhaps you've overstretched or something. Theres still a lot of healing to do on the inside. If the pains too much though, definitely go see someone.
