Anyone else get painfully aching arms? I'm guessing its either a nerve issue or just that im using arm muscles for everything pecs usually help with........

Feeling like you've done 200 push-ups?! Totally normal! I had that for a while afterwards. You dont realise how much you used those muscles before, so everythings taking a little extra effort. If it gets too much, pop a paracetamol. But it'll die down as you get your strength back :)

Yes you'll be using your arms, stomach muscles and other muscles NOT using your chest muscles so can feel the strain on them. Also after a ga it can take it out of you for quite a while and take a while to regain your strength.

Good nutrition lots of protien and carbs x

If its aching it will be down to the trauma of surgery and will settle down soon enough. The smallest think such as flushing the loo can feel like a task at first but it does as get better after the first week or so.

If its pain when you move your arm it'll be some swelling putting pressure on a nerve. This generally settles down as the swelling subsides but can be extremely painful for some. Xx
