I just feel so full and have lost my appetite. Anyone else had the same? Today I've had: -

Breakfast - 2 x gluten and wheat free toast with a banana

Snack - handful of almonds and a pear with 2 lint chocolates

Dinner - Thai green curry - 2 spoonfuls and a tablespoon of rice

I am now stuffed. Not like me at all! Had water and coffee but I always have lots of water and coffee.

Xxx

Can we swap?! I was absolutely STARVING the few days after my op, settled now, but I just couldn't get enough, I literally had to have an intervention...with myself!!

Anyway were all different, our bodies had been through major surgery and will all cope in different ways
Try not to worry
