i am due to pay the remaining balance for my op. i am so worried. mainly bcoz i am going smaller when i think they r tiny already. im getting 420 or 445 unders (i have 525overs at the moment) x

i have bad rippling. im going from overs to unders with uplift. i have very little tissue and thin skin so i am told.

What's more important to you babe?

Big boobs with rippling?

Or smaller boobs with no rippling that are going to look nice and perky?

When you've answered that gorgeous hopefully it will help you to feel much better about your revision.

You're a tiny little thing babe and 420CCs is no small implant! So you're still going to have a good sized bust. It just won't be as big or as rippled (i know youve said in previous posts this is the reason for having partials) as you have now Hug

Think you have to look at it if the size you are having is going to give you fab boobs with no rippling etc ,has to be better than larger ones with rippling that looks bad and you don't like. XXX

i suppose that is a good point lol. i just hope they turn out ok. do u think that they will look smaller than my original 405overs i had with my1st op? because tbh my original implants and present ones are pretty much same size. i have heard that u loose size with each replacement? xx

I can only speak from personal experience Pip. I reduced my implants from 460s to 410s and had an uplift also. Now they're narrower which is was the most prominent thing I noticed, but size wise? The uplift helped them look bigger.

I know... It makes no sense at all does it! But with everything lifted and tightened up they look sooo much better now than they did before, so I know its a big deal for you hun, but honestly... You don't like the way your boobs are now. The rippling is upsetting and that's going to go! You're still going to have a decent sized pair of boobs there hun and they'll be nice and perky too! So you actually have much to look forward to in my humble opinion of course than you do at the moment looking down on big rippled boobs hun. Xx

Amen to Perky! yes

And choose health Pip! If (which I don't think will happen) you feel that they are smaller you will only feel that for a couple of days. Then will your new size be the new normal for you. And if they are extra perky as well..... :ok:
