post op bra sizing - HELP! Empty post op bra sizing - HELP!

I soo confused about what sizes of post op bra I should buy. Is it cup size you get bigger for swelling or band width??? Blush Also dont know what size I will be but aiming for a DD/E... any advice would be amazing :)

helps if u put what cc your having up here hun i had 410 and wore a dd/e sports bra but im now 32f/ff in normal bras

I was aiming for a c cup soo bought that size cup and 1 band size up as advised by P.S. But you could buy the normal band size and also bra extenders from La Senza. Good Luck.xx

thats helpful didnt even no you could get bra extenders! lol.

Im not 100% sure what size im havin as am havin consultation day b4 but it will be at most 400cc

I would ask at consultation what they reccomend? also try the rice test in bra. They need to be supportive and comfortable especially to sleep in. It is all soo confusing, Just remember if you buy the extenders you check how many hooks on bra i.e. two or three rows and match them up. 👍 xx

get the bigger size band width than you'd normal get, the nurse will prob advise you which size to buy mine did xx
