Plunge Sports Bra
Hiya, has anyone used fhis bra during their 6 week recovering process? It's level 3 and a bit more low cut than other sports bras...do you think it would be suitable for after my ba?it seems a little too good to be true... :-)

Re: Plunge Sports Bra
Yes that's what I mean....I used them interchangably thoroughout the recovery (depending on which one was dirty at the time HAHA).
These are low to medium impact. My doctor was fine with that. Some doctors suggest almost "binding" the breasts - having a very tight/high impact sports bra. So definitely check with your PS hunni.
But generally I used it from just about 2 weeks Post op for 3 months (YUCK!!) That was one thing my doc said no underwire for 3 months which was awful!!!!

Re: Plunge Sports Bra
Ah ok I see. Yeah there are shock absorber level 4 which i thought would probably be more supportive, so i'll definately check with the surgeon!
Thanks for all your advice hun
I love your avi by the way, i was recomended 365 hp unders, and am struggling to find any pics. Do you have a picturetrail hun? xx

Re: Plunge Sports Bra
Hi deexx I've been wearing said bra while my marksys one is in the wash and actually today I've found it giving me better support than my others, I have a few haha
I have worn my high impact one most of the time, but thought it should be alright to wear this a bit more now as I'm healing well and it's really supportive x x

Re: Plunge Sports Bra
I would go for level 4, and a higher cut bra, as the plunge ones don't offer the same support x

Re: Plunge Sports Bra
Thanks girls - I think the plunge one is a level 3, but to be on the safe side i think i'll go for the "max" one which is a level 4, obviously will see what the surgeon recommends though!
I can deal with high neck tops for 6 weeks lol xx

I've got this one and its definitely a no no until you can get in and out of tight clothes comfortably!! It fastens at the sides so it isn't the easiest!x
