I'm sure there was a thread on this the other day but I can't find it (sorry).
My boobs are itchy and stretched is it ok to put a bit of cream on, no where near my dressings etc?xx :flowers:

I was told not to put anything on at all , then was told at 5 weeks to put on a moisturiser like E45, avoiding my incisions xxx the itchy is horrible! My boobs have only just stopped shining ! Hope you had a good nights rest xxxxxx

Youre fine to put cream on your boobs hun. Just don't put any anywhere near your wounds. Other than that its all OK xxx

They do look bad at first don't they lol. When they settle though they'll look better than they did before!!! yahoo I used Palmers cocoa butter on mine. That really helped lots. Xx

Oh good. The inward ones have filled out just some have gone a bit darker grrr. I've got Vaseline cocoa butter, do you think that will do the trick?xx

Yeah, anything that will moisturise the skin is just fine hun.

Don't worry about the darker ones. As your skin relaxes they honestly will look much better.

Hope your boobs feel better after being moisturised lovely. Remember not to put any near your incisions though. Xxx

Even if I wanted to go near my incisions the plasters I've got on are made from superglue I think :heehee:

Good question Maise!! Soooo glad i can put something on them, been dying to put my nivea body oil on. They feel so tight and shiny! Scared of getting stretch marks on them!! Will stay well away from scars though Cookie!!

Wish i could enjoy putting the oil on Zebra.......got a while before it feels anywhere near nice tho!! :heehee:

I found the itchiness the worse part mais but it does pass.....to be replaced by tingling Hysterical but all good and well worth it. I'm 4 wks po now and there feeling pretty good. You sound really happy :thumbs: yahoo xxx

I am shazcott! Honestly even with all the discomfort I'm in this is the happiest I've felt in my body in a long time. When OH picked me up he said I seemed different and glowing. Even with their swollen dodgey shape I love them and can feel my confidence growing already :) xx
