Does anyone use any forms of creams or oils on their breasts after operation at all to help? or is there no point putting anything on them? xx

My nurse told me on Monday not to put anything on them until at least 2 weeks PO. Then she recommended a vitamin E cream on the scars to soften them.

She said anything before that could work its way into the scars and could cause infection, so it's not worth it.

That's good then! How do you mean shrinking? As in the swelling going down? Mine haven't really shrunk over two weeks. I'm hoping that means this is their actual size lol Post op creams? 199385

Yep I went up to a 36 and down a cup size. It made the world of difference. I think my swelling was more around the breast if that makes sense because after a week I was doing the 36 up on the tightest fastening and it was loose so i've now bought some 34 band sports bras (£4 in Asda!!)
