Has anyone gone back to martial arts after having their op,how long did u wait? X

You're going to have at least a 6 week wait before you can get back to any form of exercise lovely and after that, your upper body is still pretty weak and needs time to build its strength up.

I'm unsure about taking a kick to your boobs at 6 weeks post-op, even the thought of that now is making me cringe. I don't do martial arts lovely and if you don't get a response here you'd be best to speak with your surgeon about this, but at a guess, I'd 'think' after 3 months you should be pretty well healed by then after slowly building your upper body back up in the gym. For kicks, you'll be fine after the six week period.

But like I said, I'm just taking a guess there, you'd be best talking to your surgeon hun. xx

Cookie is probably right there, I was still being careful at 6 weeks... in fact I don't think I'd welcome a kick in the boobies at 3 month's really so I hope you're good at blocking to protect those twins zthomas haha :doh:
