Running Empty Running

Hey ladies, mr melegrous said I could go back running after 4 weeks but Cheryl at transforms said that I should leave it for 6 weeks who is right?

Do you think I will damage my boobs by running? Boobs

I plan to start back at gym at 4 weeks doing lower half exercises ie cross trainer. I'm gonna wear 2 sports bras. You could try and see how you feel but if U feel anything at all stop x

That's a good idea wearing 2 sports bras. I will just take it easy I love running etc and 4-6 weeks is a long time to wait :( Stars

My PS told me I could probably start 'light jogging' again at 4 weeks, I asked about walking and he said right away. Waited a couple of days and I've been walking about 20 - 30 miles a week for the last couple of weeks. Takes up so much time compared to running though. Bit nervous about running so soon even with my run sports bra - would be good to hear what other girls have been told.

I have got my check up in the next week, so I am going to ask and see what they say. Like you carojg I am very nervous about running, but I am beginning to miss my runs lol I just want 4 weeks to be here so I can get back out there.
