Just checked.the catalouge ( sorry for my spelling . In germany 16 years now ) cui only do.710 and 800cc in moderate profile ;( .. They would not stick.out further ;(

This is where with wanting larger implants and specific wants from them. In your case this would be more forward projection, some women have to opt for the custom made implants, but then these implants wouldn't be covered by Transforms aftercare.

Maybe do a little more research to see what's available for you babe before making any decisions. xx

Yea thosr inspire ones do extra high.up.to 800 and i think.they do 745 cc.

If they offer those sizes and you can get them through Transform and you're getting the surgeon of your choice it's worth paying the extra for the Natrelle Inspira's to get what you want isn't it babe and if you remain below the 800CCs you'll still get your aftercare too. xx

So they.have soft touch x high in 615 700 750.800cc 800 to big 615 is not much more really then 460 . Maybe one cup size . I hope for 700 or 750.cc and hope i.will be a g cup then ..

Plus i.wonder if id be much bigger now my projection is 6.1cm. And then it would be 6.7 cm with the 750cc only in diameter id really be bigger.now im like 12.5 then.id be 15.5 or 15 cm

I reduced my implants by only 50CCs Isabella from 460s to 410s, I can't say there's any difference projection wise from the change, but from only a small reduction the biggest thing noticeable about my new boobs is the width. Its made such a difference and made them look so much smaller than before, so side boobage from wider implants from my experience really does make them look larger babe.

Do be careful that the width increase fits your actual body though to avoid the risk of symmastia. xx

Just read the afterare of transform . Whats not covered is implants over 800cc so if 800cc fit in.then.they wuld be covered....

Hey Hun, cookie has given some great advice there, just make sure you after care covers you. I have the naterlle implants at 700cc only had them a week and there settling nicely. I first started off with 380cc and the shape and everything was horrible, then I had 525cc then went to 700cc and from 525cc I can tell I big difference mainly in the shape and width of implant, I'm really happy with them. They are also quite heavy to and was told I will have to live in a sports bra at night forever to stop them sagging so quick. Good luck in deciding Hun, have you tried the hospital group? Xxx

Well the after care seems good . They dont cover over 800.id be happy with 700 r 750 too
I.am very happy with my shape but not the size . I have broad shoulders and i did not feel extra weight at all with the 460 i do have a strong back. I sleep with sportsbrah anyway . Im uncomfortable without as i sleep on my belle alot mine move apart kinda far and it feels kinda groose so im always in asportsbrah
