Hello ladies :)

One bit of advice I would give you for your hospital bag is don't overpack! I took loads of stuff I didn't use like pjs and books etc. I literally got there and put my hospital gown on and after that you're getting dressed to go home!
Toiletries like shower gel was provided so I would take a pair of slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste, a mag or 2 and your phone charger.
However, getting your hospital bag ready is half the fun and excitement, so just go nuts lol, I did.
Good luck honey bun! X

Hey chick, as cookie has said, theres lots of threads already regarding dos and donts post op. My main advice would be dont over do it. I was so tired the first week PO, I needed a little nap each day! The GA really takes it out of you!! Time will fly by and you'll be boobalicious!!x

Get some reusable first aid heat/ice packs! Wilko's sell them for something like £2 each and they were an absolute god send! I had a cold one on my front to ease my swelling and a warm one on my back for back ache! They can go in the freezer or microwave depending what you need!x
