Pocket revision? What does it mean?

I keep reading about pocket revision but dont really know what it means and why its done ? I wonder if anyone could explain it to me please. I did put it in the search bar but did nt get the answer. Thanks girls xx

Hi 2nd time lucky - I had this. My impant was positioned too high on the left and there was a problem with the scar as it appeared to be puckered some and so PS made the pocket bigger at the bottom on the inside and re-did the scar.

Its meant that the implant has filled out the lower part of my breast better and so meant that my nips have levelled out too. Hope this helps. If you want to know anything else and I know the answer im happy to help. xx

The pocket determines the positioning of the implant, so if there's any problem such as like with Kat, or if someone had bottomed out, then a pocket revision is something that might be considered to help make that right. xx
