Is behind the muscle just meaning the same as under the muscle???

Yes hun, it will probably mean partial unders, where they cover the top of the implant with the pectoral muscle. Fully under the muscle is a bit different.

Ok thanks, I got 295cc yesterday which I was pretty upset about as I least wanted 350 however my skin wouldn't stretch.

I'm just hoping that once the implant slips into the pocket my cup size may increase after fluffing as well, fingers crossed anyway. I've heard that this can happen anyway xx

They will change loads hun. The muscle will be holding the implant down now. You should notice a difference by 3 months
