Mr Payne THG appointment

Hi girlies, well I must say that Mr Payne is a lovely gentleman. I don't know why I was so nervous. He was so easy to talk to.

He suggested that I have anatomical implants, on top of the muscle and 340cc if I want a DD. He said if I wanted round implants my nipples might be too low and he said I wouldn't be happy with this. I am borderline a lift. He also said I have one boob 2cm difference to the other. I've never noticed this lol. I mentioned I had high bp so he checked it and it was high which I said it would be cos I was nervous about going to see him. He said he's happy to go ahead but will write to my doctor.

I then saw Kaleigh, the pcc. She was lovely too. We went through my notes and asked about the size again. I then said hmmmm maybe a DD/E lol. She brought in the sports bra and implants for my to try. I tried on the 340cc and said I would like bigger so I tried the 370cc. Bingo!! What a difference.

I came out thinking Mr Payne is the man!! BUT I should see another surgeon so I can compare. I'm seeing Mr Sultan Hassan next. I don't know what I will do if he's as nice as Mr Payne.

I forgot to say Kaleigh took photos of me without the implants in the bra then with. WOW !! lol

next Wednesday but I need to change to a different time cos I was there quite a while today

Glad to hear it went well! Are you at the clinic in Nottingham on wed? If so what time? I'm due there at 10:30 to have my dressings removed and you are more than welcome to have a look! Xx

That's fantastic news hun. So glad it went so well. Mr Payne is great - AmyD had him for her BA and they look absolutely amazing!

I am sure You will find Mr Hassan lovely too. I went and saw him yesterday for my 12 week follow up appointment & he was so pleased with his work.... Almost as thrilled as I was!!! Lol.

I am sure which ever one you choose you will be happy with. Both great surgeons :)) xxxx

I'm a little gutted that Mr Payne didn't recommend round implants but he's the expert and I wanted to avoid a lift.

sharonb - My appoinment is at 11am on Wednesday. I wanted to try and get a little earlier. I'd love to see your boobs lol

That's fine I will be there before 10:30! Your more than welcome to have a look! Mr Hassan is very thorough so you will be there a long time! Happy to go a little earlier or hang around a bit either way! Xx

I am glad you liked him. He is such a nice bloke everyone up there is really friendly. If you look at my pics i have always had one nipple higher than the other. Mr Payne said that without an uplift on the one side it will be a little more pronounced but I don't plan on getting my boobs out to all and sundry so it really doesn't bother me because at least they are big now. Nobody has noticed not even my other half. Good luck next week whoever you choose wil do a brilliant job. xx

hlt67 mr payne IS the man!!!!! He's fab, he's worked miracles on my boobs, i love them!! He was the first and only surgeon i saw, i knew he was the one for the job :thumbs: xxx

I agree Amy as soon as I saw him I knew he was the one. I paid my deposit and booked as soon as I came out.xx

i think i'm slightly in love with him.... i had a naughty dream about him too involving the theatre room and the hospital bed

lol I can't believe I sat there and told him I love him already lol. I had such a confidence boost from sitting there and listening to what he could do for me lol.

I've put some pre-BA pics on picturetrail and pics of me wearing the sports bra with and without the implants, 370cc making me an E cup. It would be nice to let me know what you think xx

Im glad your appointment went well, Mr hassan is magical, he will be very thorough and it would be good to see if he offers you different.

I would love to have a look. I am filling out an E now and you are going to be a tad bigger than me and you look a similar build to me.
Did you think he talks really fast? He just bombarded me with info but not in a heavy pressure sort of a way. I didn't take in hardly any of what he said I just knew that I could trust him. Well done on your first step. xx
