Tight feeling skin

Hi girlie's

I posted on here yesterday about post op swelling, my right breast is more swollen than my left which was initially more swollen than the right, I had two different implant sizes.

Not only is the right breast more swollen I am finding that the skin around the right implant is really tight, a lot tighter than the left, I am hoping this is just due to the implant been bigger on this side, has anyone else experienced this? just wanted some reassurance would be really grateful for any feedback.

Hi I am 5 days po, same size in each, but right tighter than left, and pinching at bottom where foam dressing is. thinks it's all normal xx

hi hun,

i beleive it is totally normal, like someone said on your other post about having to think about it like 2 different surgeries. two different sized implants so they will also have different affects on your boobies. skin tightness is really normal as it has to stretch to fit the new jubblies in! i am 1 week po and the skin between my boobs is still tight - hopefully give it a month or two and it'll all be worth it!

You had the bigger implant in the right breast so it will have had a lot more trauma during surgery and a lot more stretching to do than the left. So you may find your right will take longer to heal throughout your healing process
