Amy I remember having awful backache after my op, I swear it was worse than the actual procedure. I managed a full week sleeping upright...well on a sort of slant...and then I gradually slid down into my mound of pillows untill I was comfy, once there though I couldn't move, had to get hubby to help me up in a morning. I'm sure though after a couple of weeks I was sleeping more to the side..with the help of lots of pillows for protection. Can't help with the binder hun, I'd check with your ps.

The backache is worth it though hun, so hang on in there. need some tips and advice please!!!! 571992

Hang in there Amy sleeping will get worse before it starts to get better :(

As for the binder I was suppose to wear it 2 weeks but I'm nearly 6 weeks and still have to wear it. It'll be with it though just think of your lovely new boobsign
