What did your ps instruct you to do? I wasn't allowed to remove my dressings for 14 days

Follow PS orders, but honestly the aching is more internal I think - you'll probably get the best support from a sports bra or surgical bra....

I had my dressings off day 7. Just wore a bra over them as they were comfy, but I know some girls who have used panty liners to protect them!

Hi, I had my dressings removed from the nurse at the clinic in day 8 and she put streri strips on them and gave me some to take home to keep over the scars for another week so today is my last day with them on. I would definitely speak to your ps to see what he advises my ps has strictly told me only sports bras for the first 6 weeks. X
