Hey girls!!

Went to have my stitches out yesterday (areola)and oh my gosh!! my bruising is terrible i look like ive been in the ring with mike tyson :((((((((((((

Im going to try arnica cream and also i want to start using bio oil on my scars!! Its exactly 2 weeks since my op just wondering if u reckon its too soon to start using these>? xxxx

Try the Arnica tablets. I used the arnica cream and I'm not sure it really helped. I only had a small amount of bruising on one side, but it seemed to take weeks to clear, even with the cream.

Yeah, don't put any bio-oil, or anything else on the scars themselves until your PS has told you it's ok to. You need to be sure the scars are fully healed over before you start rubbing anything on them as it could cause an infection...

Sorry about the bruising, hopefully the arnica helps. But that bra looks super comfy, is it a special BA bra? X

Hey no its just a george at asda support bra for £6 lol!! Ye it is super comfy got a few of them but cant wait to buy my first 'normal bra' lol!!

The lady at the clinic who took my stitches out just told me to start using bio oil but i thought it was a bit soon tbh :/ xxx

Ive used the arnica cream on the bruises as she recommended but my nipple area feels kinda sore n tingly !! Maybe be being parranoid im sure its normal and not due to using the cream xx

hi vixen1980. i went for my 2 week apointment 2day and my nurse told me that i could start using bio - oil as soon as possible. so i will try it once a day until 4 weeks then do it twice a day and see what happens.

try the arnica tablets hun and see if they help bruising. i took them 5 days before my op until 5 days after and i had no bruising what so ever, so they might help to clear up any bruising now xx

let us know how u get on
