Try the Arnica tablets. I used the arnica cream and I'm not sure it really helped. I only had a small amount of bruising on one side, but it seemed to take weeks to clear, even with the cream.

Hi hun, i'm going to take the tablets, think you need to wait for weeks before you put anything on the scars xxx

Yeah, don't put any bio-oil, or anything else on the scars themselves until your PS has told you it's ok to. You need to be sure the scars are fully healed over before you start rubbing anything on them as it could cause an infection...

Sorry about the bruising, hopefully the arnica helps. But that bra looks super comfy, is it a special BA bra? X

Re: Bio oil and arnica cream
hi vixen1980. i went for my 2 week apointment 2day and my nurse told me that i could start using bio - oil as soon as possible. so i will try it once a day until 4 weeks then do it twice a day and see what happens.
try the arnica tablets hun and see if they help bruising. i took them 5 days before my op until 5 days after and i had no bruising what so ever, so they might help to clear up any bruising now xx
let us know how u get on
