Hi girls,

I know everyone is different, but how long did your bruised ribs last? I don't mean coloration - I have no visible bruising, but my ribs from just under the incision to the bottom of the rib is very sore if I touch them or stretch, just wondering - is this going to last very long????

It's ok evee, I kind of thought it would be similar to when you bruise a rib or break a rib from trauma - like 8-10 weeks UGH though!!!

Yep! i remember the swollen spongy ribs lol this eases aswell hun. I didnt find anything to ease the rib pain other than basic paracetemol and having a half hour break from my sports bra everyday. Give it a few weeks and you'll hardly notice it.xx

Yea, evee, I'm hoping it's like the discomfort of the tight skin over boobies - at first weird, now I hardly notice it!!

Oh one bonus - I get to wear a sexy dress on my birthday Friday with NO BRA (because the dress has "built in cups - no underwire") but before, I wore it and no boobies were inside those cups - now they spill out YAYAYAYAYAY How long do "bruised ribs" last? 154564
