Hi Ladies can anyone tell me, when you have an uplift is the implant always placed under the muscle? Or is it just a case by case thing? Thanks xx

u can have overs with an uplift, although i was checking online last night, and unders seem to be the better way to go, although i know its a personal decision xxx

Depends how much breast tissue you have already.. The more you have, the more you run the risk of "double bubble" with unders. I know this because I was pretty much told they would have to be overs in my instance. Hope that helps a little! x
