How my lovely ladies need help! Wearing 36 b at the moment going to 36dd surgeon said I'm having two different sizes at that's what mine are .So getting 480cc and 520cc WORRIED as reading people stories and they have had smaller implants and have bigger results .Dont want to be too big ,what size do you think I will be x

There is a huge difference between someone who is a 30 band and somone who is a 36 band, the width of the breasts being one major thing. Therefore someone with smaller width breasts will not need as big an implant. If you go to a shop and pick up a 30/32DD and a 36DD bra you will will see exactly what I mean. And exactly why you will need bigger implants to get you to the DD size, being a 36B you are already the size of someone who wears a 30DD.

I can't tell you what size you will be, I have no idea and I'm sure your surgeon has only given you an estimate of size. But I would trust your surgeon and not worry about bra sizes, they are just letters and numbers.

^ That's really really great advice. We need to stop comparing cc's to other people's and trust that the surgeons know what they're talking about! I'm sure if he knows what size you are hoping to be, and he's taken all your measurements and looked at your frame then he will be right, hun. Good luck with your op - not long now!! x

Thanks for the advice .that is all new to me I just thought it was the band that was bigger and the cup sizes stay the same.I do think I have a broad back as I am only a size 12 and I think that a 36 back is quite big

im 36b size 12 and i am having 420 which he said will take me to a D or DD but i dont know :)
