hi ladies. due for ba in 2 weeks! got some arnica 30 but unsure how many to take each day? can anyone help please x

Hey hun,

I started to take it 5days before and took 2 every 4hrs (4 times a day) with the 30 and I stopped 5 days after.

I didn't suffer from any bruising so it was definitely worth takin! :)
