I was recommended the Berlei shock absorber & M&S high impact sports bra from Transform, I had a shock absorber already and bought the M&S one and like them both! I found the M&S one to be better for through the day as it's lower and I could wear low tops without it showing too much. I've also just bought an Asda one so i've got something to change into when they need washed, not as supportive but still comfy and great for £4! Is it for after your BA? xx

There are lots of good sports bras out there, many recommend the Asda and M&S ones. I know others have found the tesco ones to be very good. I myself had a Z bra and a few of the asda ones, as you need a few.

The ones I used are no longer in stock, they were zip front high impact ones from M&S. I'd personally just buy cheap ones for coming home from hospital, I recently found Tescos F&F ones really good, they're only £7.00 so you can afford to buy a couple in a few sizes, keep the reciepts and you'll have no problem taking the ones back you haven't used. After about a week, when you've found the size that fits best I'd then go out and purchase a couple 'high impact' sportsbra. Don't worry about paying a little more for these ones as you'll be wearing these for 6 weeks and even when you're free to wear wires, you'll still sometimes wear these for bed or for being comfy on duvet days, you'll be wearing them for a long time to come, so you wont be wasting any money at all. xx

I swear by my triumph tri action bra. The band on it is very comfy and the cups don't have the diagonal seam running over them so nice smooth cups under tops and no print left across the boob. It's slightly lower than other sports bras and has a lovely low back. I woulda never have picked it myself but was brought it by the measuring lady in John Lewis i loved it as soon as i put it on. I have three shock absorbers and three Asda bras too. They're all good but i find the asda ones ugly and not so supportives and the high impact shock absorbers are very high up the chest. xxx

i really rate the debenhams "gorgeous" one, although they size small, so you may need to go up a size, but i find them supersupportive and comfy, and also give a great Tshirt bra shape. Also i like the fact they come in several colours.
I bought one for after my op, and then bought several more for my running after because i like them so much

I was the same, no nerves at all, even when goin down to theatre!! Just very excited!
As for bra's I bought a couple of different sizes in the M&S bra and the ones I didn't use after surgery I took back for a refund. I then bought an asda one to change into, prefer the M&S one out of them all though, it's so comfy xx
