oh well.. i will be getting it in lebanon.. i dont know if they do.. but i called my doctor and told him i dont want any rippling...

i just said a few posts up i got it slightly and i have unders.
It depends if you have much breast tissue to cover the implants. It also depends how overfilled and firm the implant is. The softer the implant, the more the risk of rippling
