Any of you girls planning on losing a few pounds after the op?



I want to shed a few lbs - not much - about 5/6lbs in a month or two.



How long should i wait do you think? x

Healthy eating is crucial to your recovery. I would wait a few weeks at least and then no crash dieting. X

I'm trying to lose a last few lbs before my op but I'm at my lowest weight for years anyway so just going to concentrate on maintaining and being really healthy after my op so I don't get lardy lol xx

I lost 7.5 pounds before my surgery and it changed everything. Had to have partials instead of overs and a lower profile implant. So try and get to your goal weight first

I'm TRYING to lose baby weight before, it's proving harder than expected though hehe. I had convinced myself i would spring back to shape, definatley not the case :S
