I had overs this time, because i'd already had a BA (had to have unders first 2 times) My skin had been stretched enough to have overs 3rd time round. I went for overs when it was offered as i had a fair bit of distortion when i had unders.

Did you have to have a bigger implant BB, to fill out the skin or was it ok with the same size?? xxx

I had bigger implants to fill me out, but i'd had 2 more children between Ba 2 and 3 so had gained some extra loose skin that needed filling.
I think if it was just a case of swapping unders for overs with no babies involved i probabley could have just had the same size implant again

Theres a woman on another forum who had 400s put in but hated them now has 165cc and didnt need an uplift which i think is great, i would love to change to overs some day but only if they looked natural on me and i didnt need a bigger implant x

I had anatomical partial unders as I had so little tissue and wanted as natural a look as possible x
