Listen to your own body hun, I have no clue what bedroom action is as I have been single for nearly 2 years now but that was another reason for me to get mine done now rather than later.
As for exercise I walked about 2 miles today and I feel pretty tired now, I couldn't do any more than light exercise at the moment xxx

Friends with benefits sounds like a GREAT plan I defo could do with that as I just can not be bothered with a man in my life.
Oh yeah I have been off the pain relive since Saturday but today after the walk I was aching so took two cocodemol, but then my daughter did bump into lefty at tea time so that didn't help xxxx

I have to admit this is my first time having the friend w benefits but some how its been working we are both single working parents w busy schedules n no room for the drama or any time for the dating...well at least thats how I started n now I'm ready to date n let go of the special friend...I know it will be difficult because we wr friends for at least 2 yrs bfore the benefit part started...n he is so good at what he does but new boobs new life!! :boobstick:

The bedroom action is fine hun, but at just 3 weeks post-op, you'll really need him to be gentle, so you'd probably have to make him aware of your surgery.
Exercise - You've probably been instructed by your surgeon not to excercise for 6 weeks.
Surgeons don't request this for any other reason than they KNOW being the expert that this will give your boobs the best chance of a good recovery and a great result.
We're mostly all eager to get back to the gym, but after paying around four grand give or take for your boobs, I really wouldn't risk ignoring an experts advice and I'd personally do whatever it took after spending all that money to get the best boobs I payed for!
I walked everywhere! I maintained my fitness and with a good healthy diet I also maintained my body weight...
I know it might seem like forever away just now, but just think how these three weeks have assed already! You'll be back in the gym and back to normal in no time... There really is no rush to get the boobs you want to be spending many, many, many years ahead with is there. xx
