6 days to go, shopping list and getting prepared!!
Hey girls, not long now and just wondered if anyone had any advice on good things to buy/take with me that I might not have thought of and anything I need to do to prepare myself right for it, any tips on pillows for sleeping after, which are the best bras to wear and essentials for that all important over night bag! Can't believe it's so close it still doesn't feel like it's really happening!! X

There is a good list here of things to take with you, also with some tips for once you are home of things that will help you (like making sure things on chest level or lower so you can reach them without having to ask anyone!) - [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Just try to have a good rest.
I felt really sick after OP, so I had some Okayu(Japanese resotto). Think as if you are going to become a very sick person and what do you usually eat or drink?
It is totally depend on your body, but I was not good at OP, so I probably lost 3 or 4 kg after OP...
I am totally fine now and very happy with the result, though.
Good luck!! :good:
