How long till they look Normal

Hey girls I had my uplift and Ba 2weeks ago and went today to get my stitches out and had a look at them the wounds look amazing but my boobs are such a weird shape they are like pointy and they still look swollen but only in certain parts its really hard to explain it looks like fluid in places. The nurse said theres nothing to worry about but Im just really paranoid that they will look this forever. How long did it take everyones to look normal and round? and not like horror boobies lol

Aw hun, I didn't have an uplift but have had my BA and can tell you at 2 weeks mine were still pointy, high, hard and just weird looking. It took mine a good 6 weeks before they even started to change and look rounder, about 4 months before they looked more normal and were a lot softer. I promise they wont look like they do now forever. It's a long healing process with lots of worries and odd feelings but it is totally worth it.

I didn't have an uplift but at 2 weeks my boobs still looked really pointy and weird.

I had an uplift hunni - Just take your healing a day at a time - we all heal at different rates and it's always best not to compare your recovery to that of others.

Everything you've described sounds completely normal, you still have a long way to go in your recovery yet hun, my boobs took 10 weeks to look 'normal' so I had quite a wait! LOL All sounds good though babe and your nurse is right, you have nothing to worry about. xx
