Re: When did everyone have their last cig??
I decided to stop in January when I still hadn't booked my BA or had any consultations, although I had decided I was going to do it. So it was a couple of months before for me and I am keeping it up. But if your intention isn't to stop completely but just to stop for BA, they say 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after xxx

Re: When did everyone have their last cig??
Hi Hun
Ive been packed in 5 weeks, but have had the odd one when im really drunk! lol as nads said i didnt want it to be on my mind when im really nervous as it will just make me more stressed.
Ive heard various things one woman said she was told 12 hours before!! i think as a 'rule' its 2 weeks before 2 weeks after.
It really is worth packing in though and i would say more important after your op as it can really affect your healing, my mum didnt pack in and even smoked on the day of her op as a result she had experienced slower healing with her scars.
Good Luck for tomorrow aswell!!
