Hi Dollyemma, they do fluff. Its just when they drop and your skin settles and the implant softens. The breasts become more volumous.

Re: Do overs fluff?
You had the same size and surgeon as me!
I was a 32B to start off with and am now a FF although I find E cup bras more comfortable.
I fluffed quite a few times. At 8 weeks then again at 8 months.

Re: Do overs fluff?
My overs fluffed at 7 or 9 months post op (can't remember which) I was measured at 4 weeks as a 32F and then my bras became much tighter so got remeasured at a 32FF/30G depending on which shop I go to. Mine seemed to get fuller and changed by the month.
