I'm just looking at photo's that I like in terms of boobs lol, these two are my faves... what do you guys reckon? what kind of implants do you reckon they have under/overs because im finding this decision difficult as i want some sort of cleavage? x

Good choices there chuck. Well im Pre ba still, but from all pics ive seen so far id say kinda 410-460cc which is what im having if all goes to plan!! xx

They are fab arent they! i would be made up if mine turned out anythin like theirs! whens ur op? bet your so excited i didnt know there was so many different things you have to make a decision about when havin a boob job! xx

Haha, yeh me too!
Well I havent got round to booking my op yet as the money I had saved to pay for it now has to be used for a new car as mine was written off!! boohoo. Such bad timing! I need to look into possibly lending the money or getting it on finance!
Hoping for end of July anyway!!

Aww noo! stupid cars, ohwell don't worry I'm sure you will find a way to get the money some how! ooh i didn't even know you could get finance for a boob job, that sounds like a good idea means you don't have to wait till you've saved up atleast! my boobspirations 923101

I'm booked in for the 5th of July, im findin it all abit confusing though i just thought you go in an they make your boobs the size you wanted never heard of dropping/fluffing/unders/overs/CC's etc etc!

Deciding whether you can have unders or overs is something you should discuss with your surgeon hun, it's possible they have overs but if you don't have enough breast tissue, you won't get the same look at all, it's the same with the CCs, it's impossible to say what size they had, I've seen ladies have anything from 310s to 525ccs to achieve that size and it's all depending on your own measurements hun.

My advice would be for you to take the pictures to your surgeon, show him/her the look and size your hoping to achieve and let them guide you from there after they've assessed your breasts and taken your measurements hun. xxx

i wanted unders but my surgeon said bcause of a cleavgage and a bigger boobs i should go with overs he wouldnt do unders on me im very glad he didnt now and cookies right your surgeon will decide and u should listen to him

Dont worry, I didnt know all these tecnical sounding terms either till I found this site! I think I thought you just go and say "Hi, a double D please" then they shov'em in and your good to go!! haha xx

I would think they had round overs, anything between 400-600 cc's at a guess. I would talk it through with the surgeon and see what they suggest. If you want a closer cleavage than you have now you may need a moderate to low profile which are wider and will give you a closer cleavage. The surgeon can only really make bigger what you already have, so you will need to discuss issues such as cleavage, implant size and over/partial/under placement.

I didnt know you could take in pics of celebs with implants and tell your surgeon you want them to look like that!!

Those pics look fab.Id guess they have at least 410g.To me the first pic looks like they could be low profiles an dthe 2nd mods.Im know expert though!Do take the pics to your PS and it'l give him some idea on what you'd like to acheive.Good luck x

Defiantely overs for max cleavage, although some can get fab cleavage with unders too, it all depends on your anatomy. See this link:

I have no cleavage with my unders whatever bra i wore, just because of my anatomy, now i have overs its a breeze
