Hello all!!
Well I am two days post op and feeling prety sucky!although I cant say how much reading this forum has helped to reassure me. They are feeling pretty huge at the moment and I am have regular 'what have i done' type mood swings!!
I had 460 partials and nipple lift done by Dr Bourghini who I beleive is relatively new to Transform.
Feeling quite qeasy alot of the time also although im assuming this may be down to the co-codamol?
Am just playing around with my camera at the mo so hope to have some piccys sorted out soon although they are not looking to pretty atm!!!
Am also slighty worried about the dressings around my nipples as they are a little bit bloody?although I havent noticed any increase in blood scince i left the hosp...just wondered what other peoples experiences were like?

Here you go have this post op blues 571992 to cheer you up. I think a lot of people feel sick with the co codomol, I was lucky I didnt have to take it. I look back at my first pics and mince were horrible, I am now 4 weeks post op and am finalyl beginning to like them a bit more.

I didnt have anythink done to my nipples (thankfully) or have any dressings so I cant comment on that, but Im sure somebody else will be able to offer you advise or reassurance.

Xx

Hi. Although I only had small implants mine still felt massive to begin with but this is just the swelling which will go down over time. I also felt depressed for the first few days but now feeling better so I think it's just part of the post op process. I too had problems with my dressings (not nipples though) and had to get them changed a number of times but finally it stopped bleeding and everything was ok. I also felt dizzy and sick everytime I stood up but I just assumed this was down to the general anaesthetic. Hope you are feeling better soon x

Hi Kichie6

They will feel huge at first (and high and hard and a bit like footballs!). Also mood swings are so common - the GA and the sheer shock of finally getting proper boobs gave me some quite depressed feeling days - it does pass!

As for the blood - I would ring your clinic and get some reassurance, for your own peace of mind.

All normal hunni - Your boobs will be swollen and the skin will be quite tight pushing the implant upward giving that huge under the chin appearance LOL! But they will settle hunni, you just need to give them some time. And yes! post-op blues!!!!! How horrid is that!!!! again very normal hun, emotions will feel all over the place! You're not alone though sweetheart, a lot of us have filled those shoes too and know exactly what you're going through post op blues 571992

Yup, the co-codamol, although an effective pain killer, does have a tendancy to make you feel sick and occasionally constipated too! - If you aren't in too much pain hun, you can swap these and just take paracetamol for the pain, you should be fine with that and you'll probably find you feel much better in yourself once you stop taking the co-codamol too.

Am also slighty worried about the dressings around my nipples as they are a little bit bloody?although I havent noticed any increase in blood scince i left the hosp...just wondered what other peoples experiences were like?

That's absolutely fine hun, it perfectly OK to have a little oozing from your incisions so you have nothing at all to worry about babe - Enjoy your new boobies! post op blues 727935 xx
