achey pain today in boob

hey all,
sorry for a panic post again but i dunno who else to turn to
today at work i think i pulled my chest muscle but not too sure
i suddenly had this large achey pain which was constant and very uncomfortable, this boob is also hot too so worried i may have done some damage
help anyone!!!!!

oh hun, that sounds really painful....i cant really offer any advice as such, other than try and get some rest, and give your P.C a call in the morning to put your mind at rest. it just sounds like you've overdone things a bit xxx

it is really painful, i am jus over 5 onths post op now so i didnt really expect to become in so much pain!!!!x

Paracetamol and an early night chick... def call your GP or PS tomorrow if your boob still hot and sore xxxx

Hi scarybiscuits..

If your still in that much pain in morning i would drop by docs... if paracetamol is alleviating it then it may just be a muscle, but real pain which doesn't go away needs to be checked out hun.. achey pain today in boob 184153

I agree hun, you may have pulled a muscle and rest and pain killers should help it to go. If the pain persists and you get a temperture etc please see a GP asap.

I wouldn't panic, it does sound like you say that you may have just pulled a muscle, try popping your sports bra on for a couple of days and taking pain killers, but if you're still in pain by monday you should get the pain investigated as you would any unexplained pain that can't be eased babe. xxx

hey thanks all!!!
woke up this morning and the i am not in so much pain. so probs just a muscle that i pulled, gonna go buy a gud sports bra today so will wear that while i am at home etc and not gunna go gym today but i will DEFO go tomorrow as i am getting fat lol x

Don't push yourself SB, if you're still experiencing some pain tomorrow, continue to rest hun, you'll get back to your gym routine soon enough, but if you rush back into it, you could find yourself needing more time away than you needed had you rested till you felt better. So be sensible sweetie, listen to your body, if it hurts, it means it needs a little more healing time. xxxx
